Our Founder and Group Director Richard Lenarduzzi, is one of Australia’s most highly regarded public affairs professionals, with over 25 years’ experience in media, politics and corporate affairs.

Richard has worked as a journalist and news reporter at Fairfax, News Corporation, Channel 7 and 9; a Senior Press Secretary and Policy Advisor to a NSW Cabinet Minister and Attorney General and the Public Affairs Manager at one of Australia’s top PR firms.

Richard maintains strong working relationships with senior journalists, politicians, Ministerial advisors, business figures and community leaders from across Australia and provides strategic communications advice at CEO and Board levels to clients across Australia, Asia and Europe.

Our Group’s Special Counsel, the Hon. Morris Iemma, was the 40th Premier of NSW and held the positions of Treasurer, Minister for Citizenship, Minister for State Development, Minister for Health, Minister for Sport and Recreation and Minister for Public Works and Services.

Mr Iemma also served as Greater Sydney Commissioner (Southern District); Director, TAFE NSW; Chairman, NSW Government Cancer Institute; Chairman, Greyhound Racing NSW and Chairman of the South East Sydney Local Health District.

With an intimate understanding of government, bureaucracy and public policy, Mr Iemma provides strategic advice and support for clients in property and construction, infrastructure, health, legal services and hospitality.

Our Group’s Director of Stakeholder Relations Sue Bellino, is a highly-qualified communications campaigner, with over 25 years’ experience working in the private and not-for-profit sectors in NSW and Queensland.

She has vast expertise in developing and implementing national advocacy strategies which have been instrumental in driving major reforms  in the health and aged care sectors.

Sue manages client engagement with government, key stakeholders and community groups, managing all aspects of integrated campaigning from research, media and digital development, advocacy and ‘on the ground’ activities.

Cindy Jones is a highly-experienced media and public relations manager with expertise in corporate communications and stakeholder engagement activities in the health, not-for-profit, education, State and Local Government sectors.

She is responsible for the development and implementation of multi-platformed social and digital strategies. With a background in print and electronic journalism, Cindy excels at content development for ‘blog’ posts, email campaigns, media releases, opinion pieces, internal communications, executive messaging, speeches and other marketing materials.
