Group Director Richard Lenarduzzi is one of Australia’s most highly regarded public affairs professionals, with over 25 years’ experience in media, politics and PR, having worked as a journalist and news reporter at Fairfax, News Corporation, Channel 7 and 9; a Press Secretary and Policy Advisor to a NSW Cabinet Minister and Attorney General and the Public Affairs Manager at one of Australia’s top PR firms.

Richard maintains strong relationships with senior journalists, Government Ministers and Senators, MPs, political advisors, business figures and community leaders from across Australia and provides strategic communications advice at CEO and Board levels to clients across Australia and Europe.

Josh Wright has over 10 years’ of public sector experience working in senior roles across transport and infrastructure portfolios within the Federal, NSW, and ACT Governments.
He has worked as a senior advisor to four NSW Transport Ministers on both sides of politics; three Secretaries of Transport for NSW and numerous senior executives at the Chief Executive and Deputy Secretary levels.
Prior to his public service appointments, Josh served with the Australian Defence Force, where he developed expertise in crisis and emergency management.
Josh has an exceptional understanding of decision-making and prioritisation processes at the political and senior executive levels of government and works closely with our clients in property and infrastructure, transport and health.

Michael Galderisi possesses extensive public policy, stakeholder engagement, communications and business development expertise, with over 20 years’ working at executive levels in both the public and private sector.

He has held senior Government positions, such as the Chief-of-Staff and Deputy Chief-of-Staff to the Treasurer and the Minister for Roads and in various Government Departments and worked within the private sector, for companies such as Deloitte.

Michael has played integral roles in the planning, approval and delivery phases of major NSW infrastructure projects, in rail, roads, water, energy and ports sectors.
